When I rang for a taxi, I was greeted by a gentle friendly voice. When I asked how long I would wait I was told five to ten minutes. There was a knock on my door about 4 minutes later. I very much appreciate the knock rather than a honk, so very civilized. Our driver was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly, a pleasure to converse with. I was even asked which way I preferred to get to my destination, a first for me! This is a family run business which I also appreciate. Super clean taxi, comfortable and pleasant ride. I cannot imagine ever wanting or needing to use another taxi service, and I absolutely will be recommending Home James to everyone I know! Thank you again to my friendly driver.

Booked a taxi on the website, the format of which is very clear and easy. I was kept very much in the know, kept in regular contact with the driver who arrived promptly at the specified time after ringing to say he was close, and was very polite and courteous in his conversation. The real winning point however, was when I was contacted the next day to say my girlfriend's purse had been left in the cab and that he would drop it off at my house for no charge, and he refused my tip! Very very impressive service and I would highly recommend.

Excellent well mannered service. Even came after hours to pick me up. Polite and articulate also helps with the professional image. A little late in writing this but I would recommend him wholeheartedly. A plus for business users is he can also accept card payment!
